Reduces Gadget cooldown by 15%.

Finx is a good brawler as he can speed up your shots or slowdown your opponent's shots.
The gadget is to go back in time and get all your amo or get around opponents.sheld is for extra health.Gadget cooldown is for more ammo and corner attacks
